How can I make sure that I have completed my order correctly?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email within one hour. If you do not receive it, please contact our company's customer service department. In addition, to confirm that your order has been successfully completed, the "Thank you for your order" page should appear after the payment step (step 3).
How much will the shipping cost me?
For orders over €XX, shipping costs are free throughout Greece.
For orders under €XX the cost for the whole of Greece is €XX up to XX kg and then €XX for each additional kg.

Is it safe to place my order online?
Yes, it is completely safe to place an order and pay for it online.
Your personal data is transmitted securely within our system.
Is it safe to use my credit card on the website?
Yes, data is transmitted in SSL encrypted form. Only Ces (Secure Electronic Commerce) transactions are accepted for Visa and Mastercard payment. The system will contact the issuing bank so that the buyer can approve the payment. Once the bank confirms authenticity, the card will be charged. Otherwise, the order will be cancelled.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
You can recover your login code easily and simply. Click on the "Forgot my password..." link, enter the email with which you created your account in our store, and press "Recover". Within the next few minutes we will send you instructions for creating a new password.
How many days does it take to deliver an order?
The delivery process can take up to 2-4 working days from the day of its execution. Delivery days are from Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm for Athens, Thessaloniki, Patras, Larissa and throughout Crete (prefectures of Heraklion, Chania, Lasithi and Rethymno). For the rest of Greece, the delivery times of the respective Transport Company apply
