Description

Typical barrel wine from Vidiano and Chardonnay varieties. Rich aromas of peach, apricot and banana, pleasantly balanced with notes of tobacco and vanilla oak. It haw refreshing acidity, a long and buttery aftertaste, due to secondary fermentation in the cask as it matures. It fits perfectly with grilled fish, sellfish and white meats with light sauces.
